Terms of service

What the service is

Entiva retrieves public company documents from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs registry on your instruction, pays the registry fee for each company out of the price you pay us, verifies the files returned, and makes them available to you. We are an agent performing a retrieval you are entitled to perform yourself. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Access

You may create an account yourself. An account is usable only once you have confirmed the email address it was created with, and it is personal to the individual it belongs to. Do not share credentials. We may suspend an account we believe is being used to resell access, and we may decline or close one created with an address that is not yours.

The library

Filings we retrieve for you join Entiva's library. Members may open a company in the library by spending a credit. You earn a credit when your account is first confirmed, one for each company an order of yours delivers, and one when somebody you invited places their first order that delivers. A Entiva Lite subscription adds 10 credits for each month you pay for. Your order, your receipt and anything you ask about a company stay private to you, and nothing identifies you as the person who ordered a company somebody else reads. Nobody is charged twice for reading the same company.

A credit opens one company. It cannot be bought on its own, and it is not transferable and not refundable. It does not expire. What it opens is the copy we hold, retrieved on a date we state; it is not a fresh retrieval from the registry.

Entiva Lite

Entiva Lite costs ₹499 a month in India; the price in other currencies is shown at checkout. It is paid to Entiva through Razorpay, and renews each month until you cancel. Each month you pay for adds 10 credits to your account once that month's payment is received. It also raises how much you can ask the assistant, and how much your own ChatGPT or Claude can use Entiva. Your account settings show the current limits.

You can cancel at any time. The plan then runs to the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew. We do not refund or prorate a month already paid for. Credits you hold, and every company you have opened, stay in your account after the plan ends.

A subscription is for your own use. The documents it opens are not for resale.

Orders and payment

An order may contain up to 50 companies. You pay Entiva once for the order, through Razorpay, at the price shown at checkout, which includes the government registry fee. We then pay the registry ourselves. How long an order takes, when you can cancel it, and when we refund are set out in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

What we do not warrant

We warrant that the documents we deliver are the documents the registry served, unaltered, and we publish a record for every file so you can check that. We do not warrant that the registry's records are complete, current, or accurate. That is a matter for the filer and the registrar. Nothing we deliver is legal, financial, or investment advice.

Acceptable use

Use the documents lawfully. Do not use the service to harass an individual, to build a resale database of the registry, or in any manner that would breach the MCA's own terms for the underlying records.

Liability

Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the fees you paid for that order, and in connection with a subscription to the fee you paid for the current month. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of documents we retrieved.
