Terms of service
Last updated: Draft — not yet published
What the service is
Entiva retrieves public company documents from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs registry on your instruction, pays the prescribed registry fee for each company, verifies the files returned, and makes them available to you. We are an agent performing a retrieval you are entitled to perform yourself. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Access
Accounts are granted by invitation and are personal to the individual they are issued to. Do not share credentials. We may suspend an account we believe is being used to resell access.
Orders and payment
An order may contain up to 10 companies and is paid for in a single authorisation that you perform yourself. Once the registry has accepted a payment it is not refundable by us, because the fee has left our hands. Where we fail to deliver a set that the registry did serve, we will make it right.
What we do not warrant
We warrant that the documents we deliver are the documents the registry served, unaltered, and we publish a checksum so you can verify that. We do not warrant that the registry's records are complete, current, or accurate — that is a matter for the filer and the registrar. Nothing we deliver is legal, financial, or investment advice.
Acceptable use
Use the documents lawfully. Do not use the service to harass an individual, to build a resale database of the registry, or in any manner that would breach the MCA's own terms for the underlying records.
Liability
Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the fees you paid for that order. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of documents we retrieved.
Changes and contact
We will tell account holders before these terms change materially. Questions go to hello@entiva.in.
