What the fee covers
What does the MCA itself charge?
The registry charges ₹100 per company for View Public Documents access — a one-time fee covering all forms for that company, with a seven-day access window. That fee is passed through in what you pay.
Do I pay per document or per company?
Per company. One fee covers every category and every year of filings the registry holds for that company, however many documents that turns out to be.
What if retrieval fails after I have paid?
A paid order is never abandoned. Retrieval is resumable, and an order only reports success once every document has been extracted and validated. Where the registry itself makes a set unobtainable, we deal with it directly rather than leaving you to chase it.
