What we collect
We collect the account details you give us — your name, work email, and organisation — and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google returns for that sign-in. We record the orders you place: the companies requested, the payment reference, and the stages the order passed through.
What we do with it
Your account details are used to authenticate you, to contact you about your orders, and to provide support. Your order history is used to run the retrieval, to reconcile payment with the registry, and to let you download sets you have already paid for. We do not sell it, and we do not pool your retrieved documents into a shared dataset offered to anyone else.
Payments
Payments are authorised by you, in your own UPI application, against the registry's payment channel. We do not receive, store, or process your card or bank credentials.
The documents themselves
The filings we retrieve are public records published by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. They are stored against your account so you can download them after the registry's own access window closes. They remain available to you until you ask us to remove them.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand how this website and the application are used. We do not sell analytics data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Write to hello@entiva.in to request a copy of your data or its deletion. We keep records of payments made to the registry for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed.
