## What the fee covers

### Is there anything else to pay?

No. Entiva’s price is the whole cost, and we pay the registry ourselves. It covers every form the registry holds for that company or LLP.

### Do I pay per document or per organisation?

Per company or LLP. One fee covers every category and every year of documents the registry holds for that organisation, however many documents that turns out to be.

### What if MCA cannot provide the documents after I have paid?

A paid order is not reported as complete until every delivered file has been checked. If MCA cannot provide the documents, we handle the issue with the registry and tell you what happens next.

### What if MCA’s payment or download goes wrong?

You do not pay again. Entiva makes the registry payment, so a stalled payment, a broken download or an expired access window is ours to sort out. A company you have already opened costs nothing to open again.
