# Entiva > Free lookup for any Indian company. Download its MCA documents: financial statements, directors, shareholding and charges, straight from the register. Entiva retrieves a company's public documents from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' View Public Documents service, checks them file by file, and delivers them as readable PDFs with a record for every file. It is not affiliated with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and does not resell another provider's database. ## What it can answer - Free, with no account: legal name, CIN or LLPIN, status, date of incorporation and state for 3.7 million companies and LLPs, from MCA company master data, from the ministry’s own register. - Paid retrieval: all eight MCA document categories for a company: incorporation documents, annual returns and financial statements, director changes, charges, certificates, LLP conversion forms and other eForms. - One order covers up to 10 companies. ## What it cannot answer - The register holds what was filed, not what is true. A document proves a filing was made on a date, not that its contents were accurate. - Filings lag reality by months. No current revenue figure exists for a private Indian company, here or anywhere else. - A company in default may not have filed at all, so a category can be genuinely empty. - Nothing published here is legal or investment advice. ## Product - [Entiva](https://entiva.in/index.md): HTML at https://entiva.in/ - [What you can find out](https://entiva.in/what-you-can-find.md): HTML at https://entiva.in/what-you-can-find/ - [How Entiva works](https://entiva.in/how-it-works.md): HTML at https://entiva.in/how-it-works/ - [Pricing](https://entiva.in/pricing.md): HTML at https://entiva.in/pricing/ - [Frequently asked questions](https://entiva.in/faqs.md): HTML at https://entiva.in/faqs/ - [About Entiva](https://entiva.in/about.md): HTML at https://entiva.in/about/ - [Check whether a company name is taken](https://entiva.in/company-name-check.md): HTML at https://entiva.in/company-name-check/ - [Companies registered in every Indian district](https://entiva.in/companies-in.md): HTML at https://entiva.in/companies-in/ ## Guides - [Buying a machine or a vehicle from a company?
