## The four stages

1. **Search the register, free** Find any of 37 lakh companies and LLPs by name or CIN, and see immediately whether it is real, active or struck off.
2. **Ask for the filings you need** Add up to 50 companies to one order. You confirm the list before anything is paid for.
3. **Pay once to start the order** The price is ₹79 for an LLP or ₹149 for a company, with nothing more to pay. Entiva handles the registry payment for you.
4. **Read the primary record** Receive all eight document categories, organised by company and category. Every PDF is checked, and the delivery includes a record of every file.

A missing filing year is shown as a gap, not filled in. The documents show what a company filed; they do not certify that its claims are true.

## Inside a delivered document set

Find your PDFs by category or filing year. This example list shows available documents and a missing annual return.

**Illustrative example. Company and filenames are invented.**

### Example Trading Private Limited

| Category | Filing year | Example filename or gap | What it represents |

| --- | --- | --- | --- |

| Annual filings | 2023 | AOC-4_2023.pdf | Financial statements |

| Annual filings | 2022 | MGT-7_2022.pdf | Annual return |

| Charges | 2021 | CHG-1_2021.pdf | Charge filing |

| Annual filings | 2021 | No annual return listed for 2021 | The checked history lists no annual return for this year. A problem retrieving a listed document would be reported separately. |

Years here mean the year a document was filed, which may differ from the financial year it describes. Your actual set depends on what the company filed and what MCA makes available.

## Go from the filing to the question you came to answer

Use the MCA filings you hold on Entiva in ChatGPT, Claude or an agent you build. Ask about accounts, loans and directors, with a link back to the source filing.

- **The accounts, year by year.** Revenue, profit, net worth, borrowings and cash where the filed forms record them, each figure tied to the filing it came from.
- **Missing years, named.** A year the company never filed is told apart from a year you do not hold, and an unstated figure is never read as zero.
- **Your companies, read-only.** It reads the companies you hold and cannot order, pay or change anything. The connection costs nothing extra.

[See what it can read](https://entiva.in/ai-research/).

## What we guarantee

- **Answers you can cite** Every figure traces to a filing you also receive. Nothing is inferred, rounded from a third-party database, or presented without the document behind it.
- **Pay once for the order** A confirmed payment covers the whole order. If we have to go back to MCA for a file, you are not charged again.
- **Every file verified** Every PDF is opened and checked before delivery. You also receive a record of every file, so you can show later exactly what the set contained.
- **A gap is reported as a gap** If a company has not filed, we say so. An empty category is a finding, and a document we could not fetch is never passed off as one.

## What the register cannot tell you

- **It holds what was filed, not what is true.** A document proves a filing was made on a date. It does not prove the contents were accurate.
- **Filings lag reality by months.** Annual accounts arrive well after the year they describe: for a 31 March year end they are not due until about 30 October, 7 months later, and late filers take longer. Nobody has a current revenue figure for a private Indian company, including us. (Companies Act 2013, section 96 (AGM within six months of the year end) and section 137 (AOC-4 within 30 days of the AGM))
- **Some companies simply have not filed.** Where a company is in default a category can be genuinely empty. We tell an empty category apart from one MCA would not hand over, and say which one we found.
- **This is not legal or investment advice.** We deliver primary documents. What they mean for your decision is a judgement for you and your advisers.
