Your filings, your assistant

Ask ChatGPT or Claude about the company filings you hold

Add Entiva to the assistant you already use, and it can search and quote the MCA filings you hold on Entiva. It can name the filing behind each answer. Entiva charges nothing extra for this.

The address to add

https://mcp.entiva.in/mcp

You sign in with your usual Entiva login (Google, password or an emailed link) and approve the connection on an Entiva page. You can disconnect it in Entiva settings at any time, and access stops at once.

What your assistant can and cannot do with it

What it can do

  • List the companies you hold on Entiva.
  • Search and read the text of their filings, including eForm fields and tables.
  • Read a company’s register record as Entiva last read it: directors and signatories, charges and capital.
  • Show a director’s other companies, among the records Entiva holds.
  • Cite the filing behind an answer by form and date, with a link back to the company on Entiva.

What it cannot do

  • See a company you do not hold on Entiva. It reads only companies you bought or were given access to.
  • Order, pay, share or change anything. It is read-only.
  • Check its own answers. Your assistant writes them; the cited filing is how you check one.

Set it up in the assistant you use

Wherever you add it, you sign in to Entiva once and approve the connection.

Claude

In claude.ai, the desktop app and the mobile app

  1. Open Connectors in Claude and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the address and sign in to Entiva.

Claude Free allows one custom connector; Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise work too. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds the connector first.

ChatGPT

In chatgpt.com

  1. Open apps in ChatGPT and add a custom app.
  2. Paste the address and sign in to Entiva.

Whether your ChatGPT plan allows a custom connector is set by OpenAI.

Where the filing text goes when you ask

When you use it, the filing text your assistant reads is sent to the company that makes the assistant (OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude), under your own account with them.

FAQs

Questions about using ChatGPT and Claude

Can I use ChatGPT or Claude to read MCA filings?

Yes, for the companies whose filings you hold on Entiva. Add Entiva to ChatGPT or Claude as a custom connector, sign in, and ask in your own words. Your assistant searches the filings’ text, eForm fields and tables, and can name the filing behind each answer.

Is there an MCP server for Indian company filings?

Entiva has one, at https://mcp.entiva.in/mcp. It is a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for the MCA filings you hold on Entiva, and it works with ChatGPT and Claude. You sign in with your Entiva account.

Does it cost extra?

Not from Entiva. Your ChatGPT or Claude account does the answering, on whatever plan you already have with OpenAI or Anthropic. What you pay Entiva for is the filings themselves.

Which companies can it see?

Only the companies you hold on Entiva: ones you bought, or were given access to. It cannot see any other company on Entiva.

Can it place orders or pay for anything?

No. It is read-only. It cannot order, pay, share or change anything in your account. Ordering a company’s filings still happens on Entiva.

Are the answers checked by Entiva?

No. Your assistant writes each answer, and it can be wrong. Every answer names the filing it relies on (form and date) and links back to the company on Entiva, so you can open the filing and check.

How do I disconnect it?

In Entiva settings, disconnect the assistant. Access stops at once.

Is my data sent to OpenAI or Anthropic?

When you use it, the filing text your assistant reads is sent to the company that makes the assistant (OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude), under your own account with them. Nothing is sent to them unless you connect an assistant and use it.
