# About Entiva

> Why Entiva exists: to get you the filings themselves, without the usual registry legwork.

- Canonical page: https://entiva.in/about/

India's corporate registry is genuinely open: anyone can pay a small fee and read what a company has filed. In practice a complete set for one company means eight separate passes through a portal, repeated CAPTCHAs, an encoded archive at the end of it, and a seven-day window before paid access lapses. Entiva gets the filings from MCA, checks that every file is accounted for, and gives you the documents themselves.

Entiva is built in India. It is not affiliated with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and does not resell anyone else's database. An order covers up to 50 companies.
